The location of the hotel was particularly good. the staff were flexible and competent. - A big shopping center and a shopping mall were right next door. Mercure Townsville is conveniently situated with excellent staff and shopping options nearby, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a leisure area next to an island. the staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating day and night. Got stylish room for our party with a good view as expected.

I liked the hotel, it was IDEAL and clean with marvellous location in a garden area. Location: the venue was close enough to the airport and shopping centre, Townsville for work or a quick holiday, and the big target supermarket. The breakfast was plentiful and free, the check in was efficient.

Great location close to a shopping complex for all the necessities, and the beach and bars in a family friendly area. Airy and neat rooms with TV until well after midnight, good bed, a nice view.

The room was stylish and brand-new, and contained facilities we needed. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and caring. The location was quiet in a very nice area, just off the embankment behind the motel on the lake, a nice local shopping centre across the lake, and the airport for easy stay and flight.

Good standard hotel located in a family friendly area next to house bar/restaurant and plenty of takeways within walking distance and local eateries. Good sized and recently renovated room overlooking the lake. First-class service overall and parking onsite. Main bar and great pool.

The atmosphere and location made my 1 night stay very enjoyable.

We also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, like the mini-fridge and ironing facilities. The restaurant had great food and the staff, especially the waiter, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We loved spending time at the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the sun loungers. The fitness center and spa were also great for some relaxation. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Although it is quite far from the city center, we loved its location here amongst nature.
